1. Title		Decision to halt KT Capital disposal
2. Contents		In order to focus on ICT business, KT had propelled to sell KT Capital. However, we made a decision to halt KT Capital disposal, as we believed that the terms and conditions regarding the sale of KT Capital did not reflect its value. Considering KT group’s strategic direction and other factors, we are to review how to maximize the strategic value of KT Capital. We will make a disclosure once the decision is made.
