[Mid-to-Long Term Dividend Plan]

• Dividends for FY 2017 will be greater than that of FY 2016

• KT will increase shareholder returns and dividend payout ratio thereafter, based on the improvement of profitability and efficient capital allocation.

• However, KT will maintain a balanced capital allocation in consideration of the commitment of resources for future growth.
