Variable interest entities	Variable interest entities (VIEs)At September 30, 2021, these condensed consolidated financial statements include total assets of VIEs of $307,877 and total liabilities and noncontrolling interests of VIEs to third parties of $205,410. There have been no material changes in the nature of the Company's arrangements with VIEs or its judgments concerning them from those described in Note 23 to the Company's consolidated financial statements included in the 2020 10-K.
