Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events Acquisition of Freenow On July 31, 2025, the Company completed the acquisition of Intelligent Apps GmbH (d/b/a Freenow), a leading European multi-mobility application with taxi offering at its core. Upon the close of the transaction, the Company paid approximately €204.1 million in cash, inclusive of closing adjustments. Given the recent timing of the closing of this transaction, the Company is in the process of determining the fair values of the acquired assets and assumed liabilities.
