INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES Our effective tax rate was 31% and 34% for the three months ended July 29, 2012 and July 31, 2011, respectively. The decrease in the effective tax rate is primarily driven by a higher mix of foreign earnings in the current year, which have lower effective tax rates.
