As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 5, 2015 (the &#8220;Early Tender Date&#8221;), approximately $132,235,000 million aggregate principal amount of the 2017 Notes, $126,200,000 million aggregate principal amount of the 2018 Notes, $45,664,000 million aggregate principal amount of the 2021 Notes and $115,672,000 million aggregate principal amount of the 2022 Notes had been validly
