Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On February 1, 2019, we completed the acquisition of Sabik Marine, a manufacturer of obstruction lighting products, from Carmanah Technologies Corporation for cash proceeds of $77.0. The post-acquisition operating results of Sabik Marine will be reflected in our Detection and Measurement reportable segment, beginning in the first quarter of 2019.
