SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENTOn April 19, 2021, we completed the acquisition of Sealite Pty Ltd and affiliated entities, including Sealite USA, LLC (doing business as Avlite Systems) and Star2M Pty Ltd (collectively, “Sealite”). Sealite is a leader in the design and manufacture of marine and aviation Aids to Navigation products. We purchased Sealite for cash proceeds of approximately $82.0. The post-acquisition results of Sealite will be reflected within our Detection and Measurement Reportable segment.
