SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENTOn July 22, 2026, we completed the acquisition of Neptronic Inc. (“Neptronic”) which specializes in highly engineered HVAC solutions including intelligent controls, electric duct heaters, humidifiers, actuators and valves. We purchased Neptronic for net cash consideration of approximately $430.0. The acquisition was funded through available borrowings of $340.0 on our revolving credit facility under our senior credit facilities, and cash on hand. The post-acquisition results of Neptronic will be reflected within our HVAC reportable segment.
