MORTGAGE LOANS RECEIVABLE	MORTGAGE LOANS RECEIVABLEAs of December 31, 2019, the Company had one mortgage loan receivable which was classified as a first mortgage loan with an effective interest rate of 5.15% and a maturity date in December 2022. The Company's mortgage loan receivable was fully collected during the year ended December 31, 2020. Mortgage loans receivable are included in Other assets on the Consolidated Balance Sheets. See Note 5 for a summary of Other assets.
