The ultimate impact from the COVID-19 pandemic is difficult to predict.  While many uncertainties exist, we currently anticipate no material change in our financial condition or results of operations. Although the Company does not anticipate a material change to our financial condition or results of operations, the Company performed a qualitative triggering analysis and determined there was no triggering event indicating a potential impairment to the carrying value of its goodwill at September 30, 2021 and concluded there has not been an impairment.
