Subsequent Events	19. Subsequent Events On October 31, 2023, the Company entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% ownership interest in I.S. Engineers, LLC, a privately-owned company, for $11.5 million, subject to certain adjustments. Headquartered in Texas, I.S. Engineers, LLC provides full service consulting specializing in transportation engineering, including roads and highways, and program management. At the timing of the filing of this Form 10-Q, the Company has just started the process of obtaining the relevant data to make the required acquisition related disclosures. This acquisition is not material to the Company's consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
