Related Party Transactions

The Company often provides services to unconsolidated joint ventures and revenues include amounts related to recovering costs for these services. Revenues related to services the Company provided to unconsolidated joint ventures for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and March 31, 2024 were $45.5 million and $46.8 million, respectively. For the three months ended March 31, 2025 and March 31, 2024, the Company incurred $33.8 million and $35.4 million, respectively, of reimbursable costs. The revenue and reimbursable cost prior period amounts have been updated to reflect all joint ventures for the comparable period. Amounts included in the consolidated balance sheets related to services the Company provided to unconsolidated joint ventures are as follows (in thousands):
