Related Party Transactions

The Company often provides services to unconsolidated joint ventures and revenues include amounts related to recovering costs for these services. Revenues related to services the Company provided to unconsolidated joint ventures for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2024 were $42.0 million and $50.5 million, respectively and $87.5 million and $97.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2024, respectively.

For the three months ended June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2024, the Company incurred reimbursable costs of $34.0 million and $36.1 million, respectively, and $67.8 million and $71.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2024, respectively.
