STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM	NOTE 10 — STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM During the three months ended March 31, 2014, the Company repurchased approximately 200 thousand shares for approximately $13.0 million.  As of March 31, 2014, the Company has a remaining authorization to repurchase 3.8 million additional shares.  The timing of and total amount expended for the share repurchase depends upon market conditions.
