Munich, July 10, 2002 — NorCom Information Technology AG has announced a
change in the lineup of its Supervisory Board. On June 1, 2002, Mr. Klaus
Michael Geiger resigned from the Supervisory Board. He was replaced by Winfried
Gardocki, whose appointment to the Supervisory Board was confirmed by the
responsible local court on June 14, 2002. Mr. Gardocki is also employed by
Dresdner Bank AG and has many years of experience in the IT sector thanks to his
position as head of Software Technology and Architecture at the Frankfurt-based
banking major’s Corporate Center IT. “Mr. Gardocki and NorCom have had close
contacts for many years. In fact, Mr. Gardocki played a key role in rolling out
NorCom s DAP software products at Dresdner Bank in the mid nineties,” said
Viggo Nordbakk, CEO of NorCom Information Technology AG.
