The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– — Guaranteed new order volume of EUR 6 – 7 million until end of 2003 — Munich, September 13, 2002 – NorCom Information Technology AG, Munich, has decided in conjunction with Dresdner Bank AG, Frankfurt/Main, to restructure the joint activities hitherto handled via DreTec Software Ltd., Dublin. Starting with the end of 2002, business from the Dresdner Bank Group will be handled directly by NorCom Information Technology AG. The agreement signed provides for an order guarantee for the Irish DreTec joint venture of EUR 4.3 million, of which NorCom will consolidate roughly EUR 2 million in fiscal 2002 in accordance with the size of its share in DreTec. In addition, a further order guarantee of EUR 4 – 5 million has been agreed upon for NorCom Information Technology AG for the period commencing September 2002 and ending December 2003. As a result, total guaranteed new business is valued at between EUR 6 and 7 million. The greater efficiency derived from this restructuring will allow both sides to achieve cost advantages in their continued joint activities.
