NorCom selling stake in Irish software development company DreTec

Munich, November 15, 2002 – NorCom Information Technology AG, Munich, has
jettisoned its stake in DreTec Software Ltd., Dublin as part of its
consolidation strategy. NorCom held 50% of the Irish software development
company’s capital.
Following the completion of the deal, NorCom can now only consolidate roughly
EUR 3.2 million of the original revenues of EUR 4.3 million projected for DreTec
on a prorated 50% basis up until October 31, 2002.
Following the Company’s withdrawal from the Italian market at the end of
September as previously announced, this decision marks the second step in the
strategy made known at its annual general meeting of reviewing all non-German
equity holdings.
