NorCom with largest ever contract in Russia in 2007

- Public TV broadcaster KULTURA opting for NCPower Pro
- Strong fourth quarter expected

Munich, November 26, 2007 – After signing a further lucrative contract,
NorCom Information Technology AG is positioning itself as a key player for
media solutions for the production and processing of multimedia content.
Thus, it has signed its largest ever contract in Russia this year with
public TV broadcaster KULTURA.

The fourth quarter, which is expected to generate strong sales, will be
dominated by product business. As a result, NorCom is on track to meeting
its target of doubling product sales for 2007 as a whole.

Based in Moscow, KULTURA was established in 1997 and belongs to the large
public TV broadcaster VGTRK, which has been using NCPower Pro successfully.
KULTURA concentrates on cultural shows, which are broadcast throughout
Russia, reaching over 100 million viewers via cable and satellite. The
project is to be implemented within seven months and will be fully
operational by mid 2008.

NCPower Pro - the only Apple-based end-to-end system

Using NCPower Pro, editorial staff will be able to handle all multimedia
content and monitor the status of all contributions from the planning phase
right through to broadcasting. For this purpose, NCPower will be deployed
in all core TV broadcasting processes such as ingestion, archiving and
playing out. In this way, all editorial staff will be able to directly
access all information regardless of whether it is available locally or at
a remote location.

'The fact that KULTURA has now also opted for NorCom testifies to the great
confidence that is being shown in our product,' says Viggo Nordbakk,
founder and CEO of NorCom Information Technology AG. 'Needless to say, the
many years of working successfully with VGTRK are an excellent reference
for us in the Russian market. With KULTURA we have been able to gain a
further important TV broadcaster, making us the key player for software
products in this market,' Nordbakk adds.

NorCom with strong local partner

In addition to the need for operational and technical skills and knowledge,
success in the Russian market is contingent upon selecting the right local
partner who is familiar with market conditions and able to support
customers on an ongoing basis. NorCom has found just such a partner in
Ruslan Communications, which boasts many years of broadcasting experience
and has managed numerous projects in the IT and network areas. With its
skills and long-standing experience, Ruslan is assisting NorCom on further
projects and maintaining continuous contact with the customers.

'Together with Ruslan, NorCom has identified the broadcasting-related
requirements of KULTURA TV and is now able to offer it a fully integrated
solution via NCPower Pro,' says Nordbakk, describing the partnership with
Ruslan Communications.
