Munich, May 6, 2008 -- In order to make optimum use of potential in the
international markets which it addresses, NorCom AG has been supplementing
its sales team by appointing competent and highly experienced sector
experts over the past few months. Now, it has appointed Mr. Joachim Bause
to the position of COO Media, marking a key step in its efforts to
establish NorCom as a key player in the global broadcasting industry.

In this function, Joachim Bause will be in charge of sales, marketing,
professional services and presales at NorCom. A graduate communications
engineer, he has many years of experience in and an extensive knowledge of
the media sector thanks to previous activities for such internationally
renowned companies as Avid, Sony and OmniBus.

'Last year, NorCom successfully laid the foundations for establishing
itself as an international market player in the production and processing
of multimedia content. For me, this was the incentive in my new position as
COO Media to immediately start work on additionally extending business
activities in Europe, the Middle East as well as Asia and America. In
addition to direct business development, I consider it to be crucial for
NorCom to forge new strategic partnerships to improve its portfolio,' says
Joachim Bause, describing the thrust of his activities over the next few
months.

its personnel lineup as follows: 'This year as well, we will be channeling
our resources into expanding our two segments NCProducts and NCConsulting
with a clear focus on an efficient sales, marketing and service strategy.
One key mosaic stone in this strategy involves the appointment of Joachim
Bause as a proven expert in the broadcasting market. His expertise and

and solutions.'

In 2007, NorCom managed to grow more quickly than the market as a whole
with NCPower Pro and additionally reinforce its market leadership. 'We are
