AD HOC BULLETIN PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 OF THE GERMAN SECURITIES TRADING ACT
German Federal Labor Agency awards Lot 3 of the 'BU 2008 - Services for
Supporting IT Operations Management' project to NorCom
- Expected project value of over EUR 30 million
Munich, July 28, 2008 – As announced at July 14th, the German Federal
Labor Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) in Nuremberg awards Lot 3 of the
'BU 2008 - Services for Supporting IT Operations Management' project to
NorCom Information Technology AG. This contract will have a value of over
EUR 30 million for NorCom.
The services anticipated in all lots for which proposals have been
requested (a total of four) involve support for the IT operations
management of the Operations and Infrastructure Department, which operates
all of the Agency’s IT systems within the IT system environment. These
tasks entail planning, producing and implementing design models in the core
areas of the German Federal Labor Agency, including database management,
certification, general security as well as process management and
monitoring.
The Lot 3 services are to be completed within three years of the conclusion
of the contract award process.
