Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company leases administrative offices from entities related to officers of certain of the Company’s subsidiaries. The total expense under these arrangements was $1.7 million, $1.9 million and $1.5 million for fiscal 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. The remaining future minimum lease commitments under these arrangements is approximately $1.0 million, $0.9 million, $0.5 million, $0.5 million, $0.4 million and $0.4 million during fiscal 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and thereafter, respectively. Additionally, amounts paid for subcontracting services and materials to entities related to officers of certain of the Company’s subsidiaries were $2.1 million, $0.7 million and $0.5 million in fiscal 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. The Company believes that all related party transactions have been conducted on an arms-length basis and the terms are similar to those that would be available to other third parties.
