Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventsDuring the third quarter of fiscal 2025, we acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of a telecommunications construction contractor for a cash purchase price of $150.7 million. The acquired business provides wireless construction services for telecommunications providers primarily in the states of New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. This acquisition expands our geographic presence within our existing customer base. Required disclosures related to this business combination will be provided upon completion of the preliminary purchase price allocation.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
