Litigation	6.   Litigation In January 2010, a jury trial was held to resolve a dispute between Road and Highway Builders LLC (“RHB”), a subsidiary of the Company, and a subcontractor.  The jury rendered a verdict of $1.0 million against the subsidiary, exclusive of interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.  While the Company has recorded this verdict amount as an expense in the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company has appealed this judgment as it believes that, as a matter of law, the jury erred in its decision.  The Company has posted a bond of $1.3 million to cover the judgment and estimated court costs and attorney's fees pending the appeal.  The case was heard by the Nevada Supreme Court on November 3, 2011, and we anticipate that the court will make its decision by mid-2012. The Company has other litigation in the ordinary course of business, but management does not believe that it will have a material impact on its financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
