Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 14. Subsequent Events Acquisition On July 28, 2014, we acquired the inventory, equipment and intangible assets of Bellingham Buick GMC in Bellingham, Washington. We paid $1.7 million in cash for this acquisition. Common Stock Dividend On July 21, 2014, our Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.16 per share on our Class A and Class B common stock related to our second quarter 2014 financial results. The dividend will total approximately $4.2 million and will be paid on August 22, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 8, 2014.
