For the three and nine months ended October 31, 2014 amounts paid to this company under the terms of the consulting agreement were $0 and $162,000, respectively, and $81,000 and $369,000 for the three and nine months ended October 31, 2013, respectively. In connection with the consummation of the Company's IPO, this consulting agreement was terminated. |
