Acquisitions	ACQUISITIONS During the six months ended June 30, 2018, we purchased one collision center in the Baltimore, Maryland market. Acquisitions are included in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements from the date of acquisition. The purchase price allocations for this business combination are preliminary and subject to final adjustment. We purchased one store and one collision center in South Florida and one collision center in the Seattle, Washington market during the six months ended June 30, 2017. The acquisition that occurred during the six months ended June 30, 2018, was not material to our financial condition or results of operations. Additionally, on a pro forma basis as if the results of this acquisition had been included in our consolidated results for the entire six month periods ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, revenue and net income would not have been materially different from our reported revenue and net income for these periods.
