Earnings Per Share EARNINGS PER SHAREBasic earnings per share (“EPS”) is computed by dividing net income by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the period, including vested RSU awards. Diluted EPS is computed by dividing net income by the weighted average number of shares outstanding, noted above, adjusted for the dilutive effect of unvested RSU awards and stock options.
