In February 2019, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") approved a $1.0 billion share repurchase authorization (the "February 2019 repurchase program"). The February 2019 repurchase program had $249 million remaining as of November 1, 2025. All common stock repurchased is immediately retired.
