Dividends and Distribution Payable	Note 7 – Dividends and Distribution Payable During the three months ended June 30, 2022, the Company declared monthly dividends of $0.234 per common share for April, May and June 2022. Holders of Operating Partnership Common Units are entitled to an equal distribution per Operating Partnership Common Unit held. The dividends and distributions payable for April and May were paid during the quarter, while the June amounts were recorded as liabilities on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets at June 30, 2022. The June dividends and distributions were paid on July 14, 2022. During the three months ended June 30, 2022, the Company declared monthly dividends on the Series A Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.08854 per Depositary Share for April, May and June 2022. The dividends payable for April and May were paid during the quarter, while the June dividend was recorded as a liability on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet at June 30, 2022 and was paid on July 1, 2022.
