Dividends and Distribution Payable	Note 7 – Dividends and Distribution Payable During the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 the Company declared monthly dividends of $0.243 and $0.234, respectively, per common share. Holders of Operating Partnership Common Units are entitled to an equal distribution per Operating Partnership Common Unit held. The dividends and distributions payable for April and May were paid during the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, while the June dividends and distributions were recorded as liabilities on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets at June 30, 2023 and 2022. The June 2023 and 2022 dividends per common share and distributions per Operating Partnership Common Units were paid on July 14, 2023 and July 14, 2022, respectively. During the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 the Company declared monthly dividends on the Series A Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.08854, per Depositary Share. The dividends payable for April and May were paid during the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, while the June dividends and distributions were recorded as a liabilities on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet at June 30, 2023 and 2022. The June 2023 and 2022 dividends per Depository Share were paid on July 3, 2023 and July 1, 2022, respectively.

Note 7 – Dividends and Distribution Payable

During the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 the Company declared monthly dividends of $0.243 and $0.234, respectively, per common share.
