Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event In 2011, certain former physician office sales representatives of the Company filed employment-related claims in arbitration stemming from their allegations regarding the Company’s Pronto® and Pronto-7® products. On January 16, 2014, the Company was notified that the arbitrator awarded the plaintiffs approximately $5.4 million in damages. In addition, the Company recorded a charge for $2.6 million for defense costs related to such employment claim that the Company's insurance carrier believes may not be reimbursable. The Company accrued theses costs in the quarter and year ended December 28, 2013. The Company intends to challenge the award, as well as the insurance carrier's position, but there can be no assurance that it will prevail.
