401(k) and Retirement Plans	8. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS 401(k) Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in its 401(k) savings plan. During the three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, we recognized $91 and $65, respectively, in matching expense. During the nine months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, we recognized $267 and $116, respectively, in matching expense. Post Retirement Benefit Plans Certain individuals at one of the Company’s locations are entitled to receive fixed annual payments pursuant to post retirement benefit plans. We had an unfunded benefit liability of $849 recorded as of June 30, 2014 and $828 as of September 30, 2013, related to such plans.
