Subsequent Events	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 3, 2020, the Company announced the appointment of Jeffrey L. Gendell as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective as of July 31, 2020, and the resignation of Gary S. Matthews as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, effective as of July 31, 2020. Mr. Matthews is expected to receive severance benefits that are materially consistent with those described in the Company’s executive severance plan and his employment agreement.
