Subsequent Events	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 4, 2024, we entered into a funding commitment to join a consortium led by Mason Capital Management LLC to acquire the CB&I storage solutions business, a designer and builder of storage facilities, tanks and terminals for energy and industrial markets, from McDermott International, Ltd. Upon close of the transaction, which we expect to occur by the end of calendar year 2024, we expect to make a cash payment of approximately $45 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.
