(2) During the second quarter of 2020, Columbia sold a portion of its Visa Class B restricted stock and subsequently wrote up to fair value the remaining Visa Class B shares. The gain from the sale of shares and the increase in the fair value of the remaining Visa Class B restricted shares were included in noninterest income on the Consolidated Statements of Income.
