Subsequent Event	Subsequent EventIn July 2023, the Company signed an indication of interest to sell the mortgage servicing rights to approximately $4.5 billion of mortgage loans serviced for others. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the third quarter of 2023 or beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023, pending the negotiation and finalization of the agreement, as well as customary approvals and closing conditions.
