Dividends	NOTE 21:  Dividends Beginning in the third quarter of 2003, the Company’s Board of Directors has declared and paid a cash dividend in each quarter, including a dividend of $0.08 per share in the first quarter of 2011, $0.09 per share in the second and third quarters of 2011, and $0.10 per share in the fourth quarter of 2011 that amounted to $15,114,000 for the year ended December 31, 2011. On February 8, 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable in the first quarter of 2012.
