Components of Interest Expense include interest associated with the Credit Facility, Senior Unsecured Notes, Private Placement Senior Unsecured Notes, and commitment fees based on the unused portion of the Credit Facility. Other Expenses include amortization of debt issuance costs and credit facility costs.
