Related Parties

Related PartiesThe Company purchases some supplies from an entity controlled by the Company’s CEO. The Company sometimes makes sales to the CEO for parts. Additionally, the Company sells units to an entity owned by a member of the President's immediate family. This entity is also one of the Company’s Representatives and as such, the Company makes payments to the entity for third party products.  All related party transactions are made on standard Company terms.

The following is a summary of transactions and balance with affiliates:
