Related Parties Related PartiesThe Company purchases some supplies from an entity controlled by the Company’s Executive Chairman. The Company sometimes makes sales to the Executive Chairman for parts. Additionally, the Company sells units to an entity owned by a member of the CEO/President's immediate family. This entity is also one of the Company’s Representatives and as such, the Company makes payments to the entity for third party products.
