SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On April 16 2018, the Company entered into a quota share and adverse development cover reinsurance agreement, a retroactive contract which was deemed to have met the established criteria for retroactive reinsurance accounting. The Company will recognize reinsurance recoverable on unpaid losses of $108 million related to this reinsurance agreement.
