REORGANIZATION EXPENSES	For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, reorganization expenses were $6 million and $22 million, respectively (2021: $nil), attributable to compensation-related costs associated with the termination of certain employees and software asset impairments, mainly related to the Company's exit from catastrophe and property reinsurance lines of business.
