REORGANIZATION EXPENSES	REORGANIZATION EXPENSES For the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, reorganization expenses were $14 million and $26 million, respectively, primarily related to severance costs attributable to the Company's "How We Work" program which is focused on simplifying the Company’s operating structure.
