REORGANIZATION EXPENSES	REORGANIZATION EXPENSES For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, reorganization expenses were $nil and $26 million, respectively, primarily related to severance costs attributable to the Company's "How We Work" program which is focused on simplifying the Company’s operating structure. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023, reorganization expenses were $29 million primarily related to impairments of computer software assets and severance costs attributable to the Company's "How We Work" program which is focused on simplifying the Company’s operating structure.
