For the three months ended June 30, 2024, there were no anti-dilutive securities that impacted the calculation of diluted earnings per share.  For the three months ended June 30, 2023, the calculation of diluted earnings per share excluded 0.1 million restricted stock awards because they were anti-dilutive.
