Subsequent Events [Text Block]	14. Subsequent Event Acquisition On October 15, 2021, we acquired all equity interests of Dropworks, Inc. for approximately $125 million. We believe this acquisition will complement our Digital PCR product offerings. The acquisition will be included in our Life Science segment's results of operations from the acquisition date and is expected to be accounted for as a business acquisition. We have not yet allocated the purchase price to the acquired assets and liabilities as we have not completed our accounting for the transaction.
