The Amendment, among other things, reduces the interest paid on borrowings made under the revolving credit facility provided under the Loan Agreement (the &#8220;Credit Facility&#8221;) to 1.50% plus the greater of (i) zero percent (0%) and (ii) the one-month LIBOR rate quoted by Lender (as published by Reuters), extends the maturity date of the Credit Facility to April 24, 2020, reduces the unused fee amount from 0.35% to 0.30%, and amends certain of the representations and warranties, covenants and defined terms of the Loan Agreement.
