ACQUISITIONS	2. ACQUISITIONS For the three and six months ended June 30, 2010, pretax acquisition and integration related expenses totaling $1.1 million and $3.7 million, respectively, were recorded. During the first and second quarters of 2011, there were no charges recorded for acquisition and integration related costs. These charges, which were expensed in accordance with the accounting guidance for business combinations, were recorded in “Acquisition and integration related costs” on the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations and were reflected in the Corporate results.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
