&#147;Board&#148;) increased the size of the Board from seven members to eight members and, upon the recommendation of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee, elected Denise Olsen to serve as a director of the Company until the Company&#146;s
2018 annual meeting of stockholders and appointed Ms.&nbsp;Olsen to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board. Effective upon her appointment, Ms.&nbsp;Olsen became eligible to receive the standard compensation provided by the Company to its other <FONT

development for GEM Realty Capital. In addition, she is responsible for investor relations, reporting and communications for the firm. Previously, she was vice president at EVEREN Securities serving in their Real Estate Corporate Finance group.
Prior to that, Ms.&nbsp;Olsen served in various capacities at JMB Realty Corporation, including senior portfolio manager of corporate <FONT STYLE="white-space:nowrap">mixed-use</FONT> developments and as a member of the acquisitions group. </P>
